NoMole
I had my MOLE removed today!
Who ever knows me will definitely notice that i 'had' a big round mole on my left cheek.
It was getting bigger & bigger which worried me, potentially to be cancerous.
Always have the intention to remove it, but not action been taken.

Finally, today after had my medical check up, i went to the well known plastic surgeon in Loh Guan Lye Hospital, Dr Lee Kim Siae, to have it remove.
It's just took around 20mins to cut the black dot down. Not really painful.

Now...i have to put on plaster for weeks until the scar fated of.
Hmmmm....how will i look like without the mole?
Start missing my mole liao.

Cramp 168
Having really hard time to bike up to Penang Hill a.k.a 168
Normally it took 45-50mins to ride up from Botanical Garden to 84.
Today, I took more then 1hr to reach 84 & I stopped thousand times to get my breath back before reached 84.
Worst is, I had muscle cramp not far after the bungalow.
So glad that I didn’t gave up half (which I really wanted to give up), & still reached 168 at around 12noon.

My stamina is deteriorating. I’m not in my top condition.
Now my maximum run time is only 45mins which I can do in easily last time. But now, I need to run until my lung come out to reach 45mins! Sad
Lack of training? Must run more. Getting lazier.
Cycling also the same, I used to reach Air Itam Dam, Balik Pulau or Goh Hen easily. But recently, I need to stop few times before reach the destination.
Maybe this is caused by the bicycle itself. When I started riding using LimChuan’s bike, it is 34 cassette. And my “hubby” Merida is only 32cassette, which means I need to pedal with more energy. It’s like BMW & Kancil.
Is this the cause or just my excuse?

总觉得自己就像一条在鱼缸里的鱼

看似自由自在地在游....却只限在鱼缸里

多么地向往带海里游...

习惯了雨缸里平静的生活

还能抵抗大海的泼涛汹涌吗?

Kek Lok Si Temple during CNY
Kek Lok Si Temple, Reputedly the largest Buddhist temple in Southeast Asia( The construction of the temple began in 1893), situated close to the bustling Air Hitam market. The temple's enclave including a seven storey pagoda of 10,000 Buddhas images and a huge statue of the Goddess Kuan Yin is prominent.

Before the start of every Chinese New Year, the temple organise various religious activities for the people of Penang to celebrate their coming new year. One of the most auspicious occasions is the lighting of lanterns around the temple. Anyone who wishes to light a lantern would be asked to donate a certain amount of money to the temple and at the same time their names will be written on a card that hangs at the bottom of the lanterns.
